Spinpolo Weekly Tournament Schedule

Understanding the Spinpolo Weekly Tournament Schedule

Spinpolo runs a structured weekly tournament schedule that resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. To participate, you must first register an account and opt into the tournament via the promotions page. The tournaments typically fall into three categories: slot races, table game leaderboards, and live dealer challenges. Each tournament has a specific qualifying period, usually lasting seven days, with leaderboard updates every few minutes. You can track your rank in real-time from the tournament dashboard. The most common mistake new players make is failing to activate the opt-in button before placing qualifying bets—without it, your wagers won’t count toward the leaderboard.

Step-by-Step Registration and Opt-In Process

Begin by creating your player account at spinpolo.eu.com. After verifying your email and phone number, head to the “Promotions” tab and locate the active weekly tournament. Click the “Opt In” button—this is mandatory. Next, review the specific game eligibility list because not all titles contribute points equally. For slot tournaments, each spin worth €0.20 or more awards one point. For table games, points are calculated based on bet size and game type. After opting in, any qualifying bet you place during the tournament window automatically adds to your score. You can view your current standing under the “My Stats” section. One typical issue: players forget to re-opt-in each week—the opt-in resets every Monday, so you must do it again if you want to remain in the running.

Common Problems and Troubleshooting Tips

Many players encounter delays in point updates. If your points don’t appear within 15 minutes of your bet, refresh the tournament page—cached data sometimes stalls. Another frequent issue is disqualification due to bonus misuse. If you activate a spinpolo bonus during the tournament, check the terms carefully: some bonuses restrict eligible games or cap maximum bet sizes. If your bets exceed the allowed limit while a bonus is active, your tournament points may be voided. For Spinpolo no deposit offers, note that these often come with a maximum cashout that applies to tournament winnings too. Always read the specific tournament terms in the “Info” tab before placing your first bet.

Required Documentation for Withdrawing Tournament Winnings

Before you can withdraw any tournament prize, you must complete the standard KYC process. The required documents are: a government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address (dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method (screenshot of your e-wallet or card showing your full name). Upload these via the “Verify Account” section in your profile. Verification usually takes 24 to 48 hours. If you’ve used a Spinpolo promo code to claim a welcome package, ensure your deposit meets the minimum amount stated—otherwise, the bonus won’t activate, and you’ll miss out on potential tournament multipliers. Below is a summary of common documents and their purpose:

• Passport or Driver’s License – confirms identity and age
• Utility Bill or Bank Statement – confirms residential address
• E-wallet Screenshot or Card Photo – confirms ownership of deposit method

Payment Methods and Withdrawal Limits After Tournaments

Once your KYC is approved, you can request a withdrawal. Spinpolo casino supports several payment methods, each with different processing times. Skrill and Neteller withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 3–5 business days. The minimum withdrawal for tournament winnings is €20, and the maximum per transaction is €5,000. If your prize exceeds this cap, you can make multiple requests. For high rollers, the VIP program offers expedited withdrawals and higher limits—contact support directly if you qualify. One key point: if you used a spinpolo free spins package as part of the tournament entry, any winnings from those spins are subject to a 35x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Always check your bonus balance in the “My Bonuses” section to avoid confusion.
